La recette du moelleux au chocolat de François Perret
Ingrédients
-110g de chocolat 70%
-90g de beurre demi-sel
-3 gros œufs
-80 g de sucre cassonade
-50g de farine
Préparation
Faire fondre le beurre et le chocolat dans une casserole. Monter les œufs et le sucre au batteur. Puis ajouter le mélange chocolat et beurre fondu.Terminer par la farine tamisée. Cuire à 180*C pendant 10 min. A noter, il doit rester coulant au centre pour plus de gourmandise.
